Hamilton Exhibit in Chicago
We have an exciting new optional activity that can be added to your Hamilton in Chicago trip May 23-24, 2019. Be among the first to see The Hamilton Exhibition on Friday, May 24. Inspired by the revolutionary musical, now you can see Alexander Hamilton’s remarkable story through his eyes in this 360-degree immersive exhibition. Please confirm no later than Monday, March 4, 2019. (Minimum of 10 people required to secure a group reservation.)
Hamilton: The Exhibition features an audio tour narrated by the musical’s author Lin-Manuel Miranda, and is designed to take visitors deeper into the life and times of Alexander Hamilton, while at the same time chronicling the American Revolution and the creation of the United States of America.
With a dynamic and interactive mix of lighting, sound, multimedia, music and historical artifacts, you will experience how it felt to write the way Hamilton wrote, fight the way Hamilton fought, and live the way Hamilton lived. Sit at Hamilton’s desk and discover how his work as a trader in St. Croix gave him the skills to create our country’s financial system. Gaze upon the streets of New York with detailed replicas of the city in 1776. Step into George Washington’s war tent as you learn how the Revolutionary Army planned their shocking victory in the Battle of Yorktown.

This optional tour includes transportation and admission the exhibition, which will be held at Northerly Island near Chicago’s Museum Campus. The exhibition is expected to sell out quickly, and as this is a reserved time event, tickets must be purchased in advance.
