Alaska National Parks Land Tour

featuring Anchorage, Kenai Fjords National Park and Denali National Park

August 21-28, 2017

Mon / Mon - 8 Days

This Alaskan land adventure tour is a great introduction to the national parks of America’s Last Frontier and the state’s most popular wildlife!

Travel by way of the Seward Highway as it hugs the dramatic shores of scenic Turnagain Arm to visit Kenai Fjords National Park, where nearly 40 glaciers flow from the Harding Icefield. Ride in a deluxe dome railcar to Denali National Park, Alaska’s most popular park, and spend two nights in a park lodge. Denali is six million acres of wild land, and culminates in North America’s tallest peak, the 20,000-foot Denali (formerly Mount McKinley).

Spend your time in the Denali National Park with complimentary activities or splurge for optional tours to river raft, flightsee, take a jet boat safari or visit an award-winning Iditarod dog kennel. Along the way explore Anchorage, Seward and Talkeetna.

Wildlife watching is a highlight of this trip: watch for bear, moose, caribou, mountain goats, whales, sea lions, sea otters, bald eagles, osprey, puffins and hundreds of other bird species, especially in coastal regions.
