The story follows an orphaned amnesiac, Anya, who claims to be the youngest daughter of Russia’s last Tsar, Nicholas II. The production has added 16 new numbers to the movie’s songs.
Fri, Apr 28: Today enjoy another free day to explore the city or catch a matinee. Tonight, regroup to see Bette Midler in Hello, Dolly! The story is based on the book The Matchmaker by Thornton Wilder. Midler plays one of the most beloved characters in American Musical Comedy, Dolly Levi, a matchmaker in 1890s New York City. David Hyde Pierce (Niles Crane in TV’s Frasier and Sir Robin in Broadway’s Monty Python’s Spamalot) stars as Horace Vandergelder, the object of her “meddling” and affections.
