Wed, Dec 6: Depart for Branson, stopping for lunch along the way. Dinner is in Sikeston, Missouri at Lambert’s Café, famous as the “home of throwed rolls.” Arrive in Branson and check into the Hotel Grand Victorian. Tonight, take in the first Christmas show of the trip, Christmas Wonderland. No yuletide trip to Branson would be complete without seeing one of Branson's largest holiday productions. A sparkling cast of singers and dancers will take you a magical sleigh ride to a grand extravaganza! Ring in the season with high-energy dance, elaborate costumes, beautiful scenery, gorgeous production numbers and the highest-kicking chorus girls this side of the North Pole! (Meal: Dinner)
Thu, Dec 7: Breakfast is included at the hotel. Enjoy some leisure time this morning at the hotel or choose to go to the optional show this morning; A Maxine Christmas Carol presented by Hallmark at the Andy Williams Performing Arts Center. Have yourself a crabby little Christmas with this crazy greeting card mogul. Spend some time at Grand Village for lunch and shopping in these specialty shops. Later this afternoon, see the ever-popular Shoji Tabuchi Show, a lavish production that pulls out all the stops for the holidays. Savor a scrumptious dinner with all the trimmings enhanced by candlelight and relaxing music in a holiday atmosphere at the Hughes Brothers Theatre. Then, following the meal, find out why the Hughes Brothers Christmas Show is a nine time winner of Branson’s Best Christmas Show award as you watch their joyful celebration emerge - packed full of music, love, laughter, and treasured family traditions. Fri, Dec 8: Have another relaxing morning at the hotel or take off to explore historic downtown Branson and Branson Landing. Find old treasures at Dick’s 5 and 10, and great little nooks and crannies in old Branson - then walk across the street to modern Branson Landing on the edge of Lake Tanneycomo for lunch with a view or some retail therapy at Belk, Bass Pro Shop, Branson Quilts or the Pepper Palace, just to name a few. . Take a walk back in time this afternoon with the legendary voices of The Lettermen. The trio’s original founding member, Tony Butala, is now joined by Donovan Tea, and Bobby Poynton to bring back such hits as “The Way You Look Tonight” and “When I Fall In Love” along with other individual hits and holiday favorites. A Farewell Dinner at Landry’s precludes the final show on the roster, the reason for the season, Miracle of Christmas, where the greatest Biblical epic comes to life at the Sight & Sound Theatre, complete with live animals and magnificent pageantry.
