Thu, July 12: Board the motorcoach bound for the herbal center of Ohio, to enjoy a private tour of a 65-acre organic farm near Gahanna that produces over 100 herb varieties and supplies many of Ohio’s top chefs. Following the tour, enjoy a flavorful light lunch in the historic barn on the property. Stop at an old gristmill near Utica, Ohio – now the headquarters of Velvet Ice Cream. Learn about the history of this 114-year-old business, and have some ice cream before heading to Loudonville, Ohio to check in to Landoll’s Mohican Castle! The castle opened in 2002, fulfilling the dreams of the Landoll family, then recovered from a fire before it was featured on FOX’s Hotel Hell with Gordon Ramsay in 2016. Fully restored and renovated, this beautiful woodsy retreat is the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquility. The rooms are each uniquely decorated and designed – all different with their own personality. Enjoy a spa treatment, or have some leisure time to explore prior to enjoying dinner at The Copper Mug on the castle grounds. The menu is comprised of selections from their own Chef Kyle Elasser’s creations and Chef Gordon Ramsay’s recipes. Following the meal, gather near the fire pit for gourmet s’mores with bacon, potato chips, cookies and more! (Meals: Lunch,Dinner)

Enjoy a presidential lunch before an informative docent-led tour. Head to Dover, Ohio— home of the World’s Master Carver— to view Ernest Warther’s carving collection, his wife’s button collection, Swiss gardens, family home and original workshop at The Warther Museum. It is more than a museum and more than you can imagine! An elegant candlelight dinner is included as you sit amongst priceless works of art, overlooking Freida Warther’s flower garden. After this one-of-a-kind experience, return to the Mohican Castle where your chamber awaits. (B,L,D)
