Wed, Aug 26: Fly overnight from Indianapolis to Dublin, Ireland.

Thu, Aug 27: Arrive in Dublin, Ireland in the afternoon and join your local guide to see some of Dublin’s most iconic sights including Ireland’s oldest university Trinity College, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin Castle and a tour of  Guinness Factory topping it off with a sample of the world-famous brew. (Meal: Dinner)

Fri, Aug 28: Explore the picturesque seaside village of Howth, located on the northern tip of Dublin Bay. Visit the 15th-century Howth Castle, touring the inside and outside while hearing stories of tragedy and loyalty to the original residents, the St. Lawrence family, through portraits and artifacts. Return to Dublin this afternoon for a calming draught of Jameson whiskey while on a tour of the 200 year old distillery. (B,L)

Sat, Aug 29: It’s football time! Get your spirit flowing at a pre-game party with your fellow Ambassadair travelers. Watch the Notre Dame Fighting Irish take on the Navy Midshipmen at the Aer Lingus College Football Classic Game from your lower endzone seat at Aviva Stadium. After the game, return to the hotel. Sun, Aug 30: Free day to explore Dublin’s charm on your own, choose to explore the city’s historic district, shop on Grafton Street, or visit a local attraction such as the National Leprechaun Museum. Tonight, enjoy a dinner of Irish specialties followed by a lively show of traditional Irish music, songs, and displays of step-dancing. (B,D)

Mon, Aug 31: After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Indianapolis. (B)
