Thu, Feb 25: Depart in the morning for Phoenix, Arizona, the Valley of the Sun. Begin the Spring Training getaway with a visit to the new Arizona Baseball Museum, where the rich history of America’s pastime comes to life. Continue to Goodyear Ballpark, home to the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds, for an afternoon of Cactus League baseball before traveling to Scottsdale to check in for a three-night stay at the beautiful Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains. This evening, gather with fellow travelers for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. (Meals: Dinner)

Fri, Feb 26: Start the day at the world-renowned Musical Instrument Museum and step into a passport-free journey where thousands of instruments from nearly every country come alive to celebrate musical traditions from around the globe. This afternoon, head to Sloan Park, the spring home of the Chicago Cubs, to enjoy another exciting day of Major League Baseball under the Arizona sunshine. (B)

Sat, Feb 27: Savor a slow and easy morning before heading to Camelback Ranch-Glendale Stadium, the spring training home to LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox, and cheer on your favorite team. Later, explore the charm of Old Town Scottsdale, browse unique boutiques, art galleries, and specialty shops. Enjoy dinner at Frasher’s Tavern and discover the Arizona Baseball Legacy & Experience, featuring fascinating memorabilia and stories celebrating the state’s rich baseball heritage. (B,D)

Sun, Feb. 28: After a relaxing morning, check out of the hotel, and journey into Arizona’s Old West at historic Goldfield Ghost Town, nestled at the base of the Superstition Mountains. Stroll along the wooden boardwalks of Main Street, browse the charming shops, and explore preserved frontier-era buildings. Tour the historic Mammoth Gold Mine, visit the Goldfield Museum, try your luck panning for gold, and ride Arizona’s only narrow-gauge railroad through the scenic desert landscape. Before departing, witness an exciting Old West gunfight performed by the famous Goldfield Gunfighters. Later, transfer to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for an evening flight home, taking with you wonderful memories of baseball, history, and the beauty of the Southwest. (B)
