Here at Ambassadair, we cherish the opportunity we have to show you the vast, beautiful world around us. Our trips and guided tours let you experience some of the most marvelous places on Earth; unfortunately, due to the current climate abroad, it’s become difficult to take you there. Until we are able to take you there again, we want to give you the opportunity to escape—for just a little bit—in the comfort of your own home.

Using the knowledge and expertise that we’ve amassed over our 66 years in the travel industry, we’ve put together an evening for you that will make your night-in feel like a night-out somewhere across the globe. It allows you to experience a distant land by immersing yourself into other cultures, customs, and traditions. Your Evening Escape includes a meal recipe, a music playlist, and some entertainment inspired by the week’s selected location. This evening, let us take you to Ireland.

Smell the salty air and hear the waves crashing against the rocks as you walk along the Cliffs of Moher. Taste the malty sweetness of a fresh Guinness from the Guinness Storehouse. Take in the beauty of the Blarney Castle, but don’t forget to kiss the stone!

Ireland is a lot more than just a beautiful country—it has a rich history, too. From St. Patrick’s Day to Irish dancing, the vibrant culture of Ireland is sure to entertain.

This evening, dive into Irish culture by enjoying a meal, some music, and a movie inspired by the Emerald Isle. Here are our suggestions:

Skip the pub, grab a Guinness out of the fridge, and start in on this savory Irish Stew Recipe found here:

While you’re cooking, have some fun listening to one of the most popular Irish bands of all time—U2—on their Pandora Radio Station (Link). Want something a little more traditional? Check out this Traditional Irish Folk Music on Youtube (Link).

Date night? Try watching P.S. I Love You, here on Netflix: an Irish tale of timeless love starring Gerard Butler and Hilary Swank. Click here to watch the trailer.

Hanging out with the family and miss basketball? Watch The Luck of The Irish for free on Disney+ or as a rental from Amazon Prime. Check it out on Amazon here.
