Jane Gehlhausen
Travel Director
Jane Gehlhausen joined Ambassadair as a Travel Director in 2016. She says she aspired to be a Travel Director ever since going on an Ambassadair trip to the Caribbean back in her 20’s. She is an avid traveler and has been to 3/4ths of the United States as well as to more than 70 countries through her former work, personal travel and humanitarian work. She has led international trips while working as the International & Cultural Affairs Director for former Mayor Ballard as well as the International Vice President for Walker Information. Jane says her favorite type of trip is one where you can experience the beauty and intensity of the local culture of the destination whether it is the landscape, the people, food, music or customs.
Jane is also a Master Gardener, loves attending local cultural events and serving in leadership roles for non-profits locally, statewide and nationally. Presently, she is most active with Sister Cities International and the Center for Interfaith Cooperation.
Jane believes the world is an amazing tapestry waiting to be explored. She looks forward to hearing your travel stories with you on a future trip.
