Come discover Arizona’s hot spots on this inspiring adventure! Start off in stunning Sedona—a geological wonderland where multi-hued stone formations jut upward from the high desert floor! Take a Pink Jeep tour at sunset, hop on a narrated trolley tour, and visit the unique Chapel of the Holy Cross. Spend two nights on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon with equal guided tour and leisure time to take in the vastness of this natural wonder. Then leave one park for another—the Kaibab National Forest and Bearizona Wildlife Park where you’ll see grizzly bears, wolves, mountain goats and more in their natural habitat. Culminate with stargazing at Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff. This fun-filled itinerary combines three destinations into one amazing experience that generations would enjoy together!

Thu, Sep 26: Fly to Phoenix, Arizona. Transfer to Sedona, taking in the striking landscape of red rock country. Upon arrival, visit the popular Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village for shopping and lunch on your own before checking into your hotel for the next two nights. Take a break to relax—then grab your camera for a Pink Jeep Sunset Red Rocks Range tour! On this mild off-road experience with just the right amount of adventure, you’ll have photo opportunities of the stunning red rock panoramas with every turn of the trail. Pass by some of the most inspiring red rock formations as your guide explains Sedona’s history, wildlife and geology.

Fri, Sep 27: Enjoy breakfast and free time in Sedona before your afternoon guided trolley tour to see another side of the beauty, culture, and sights of Sedona, with a stop at the inspirational Chapel of the Holy Cross. Tonight, we enjoy a feast together at a charming local Sedona southwestern restaurant. (Meals: Breakfast, Dinner)

Sat, Sep 28: Depart for Grand Canyon National Park, one of the great seven natural wonders of the world. Stop at the Grand Canyon Visitor Center before entering the park to enjoy a boxed lunch along with the Grand Canyon IMAX Movie that provides an excellent introduction to the park. Continue through the park entrance where a knowledgeable local guide will provide more insight along popular points and scenic stops. Check into your hotel, the Thunderbird Lodge, located inside the park at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. This standard park hotel is not equipped with elevators and guest rooms on the second floor are only accessible by stairs. (B,L)

Sun, Sep 29: Today is free to experience the Grand Canyon as you like. Use the free shuttle system and spend the day exploring at your own pace. Participate in one of the many ranger programs offered by the park or consider booking an optional bike tour, mule ride, guided hike, whitewater rafting or helicopter tour (additional costs apply). A dinner voucher is included this evening. (B,D)

Mon, Sep 30: Check out of your hotel and transfer to Williams, Arizona where you’ll enter Bearizona Wildlife Park. View animals ranging from rugged mountain goats and stealthy wolves to majestic bison, and comical black bears on a drive through their natural habitats. Then step off the bus in Fort Bearizona, a beautiful 20-acre walk-thru area, with daily shows and encounters where you’ll get an up-close look at jaguars, grizzly bears, and the playful antics of smaller woodsy animals. Have lunch on your own in the park before continuing to Flagstaff, nestled at the foot of the San Francisco Peaks. Check into your hotel set on 500 acres of Ponderosa Pine. This evening, gather with your group for dinner, before a late evening visit to the Lowell Observatory. Open your mind to awe and wonder under the famously dark skies of Flagstaff on the grounds of this 125-year-old observatory. Discover the historical exhibits and the recently revealed Giovale Open Deck Observatory, a unique public observing plaza with six advanced telescopes. (B,D)
